We will be at Silverwood Park (Three Rivers) until 11/27\, then catch us at the Trailhead at Theodore Wirth Park from 12/2 to 2/26/23. \nCome enjoy a 90 minute self-guided sauna session under the beautiful oak trees. Take a cold plunge in Silver Lake if you choose!
